Terms of Service

1. What This Service Is

CarpetCare Minnesota is a matching service. We collect quote requests from homeowners and businesses in Minnesota and share them with independent carpet cleaning professionals, who may pay us for the requester's contact information. We are not a cleaning company, we do not perform cleaning services, and the professionals in our network are independent businesses — not our employees, agents, or partners.

2. For Homeowners

• The service is free to you, with no obligation to hire anyone.
• By submitting a request you confirm the information is accurate, you are an adult, the request is for a Minnesota location, and you consent to being contacted by cleaning professionals by phone, email, or text about your request.
• We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee any professional, their licensing, insurance, pricing, or workmanship. Verify credentials and get written quotes before hiring. Any service agreement is strictly between you and the professional you choose.

3. For Cleaning Professionals

• Leads may be purchased as shared (multiple professionals may buy the same lead) or exclusive (the lead is removed from sale after your purchase). The option and price are shown before checkout; payment is processed by Stripe.
• We represent that leads are genuine submissions received through our site, filtered by automated spam defenses — but we cannot guarantee a requester will answer, hire, or buy. Lead fees are for contact information, not for a guaranteed job.
• Lead fees are generally non-refundable. If a purchased lead's contact information is invalid (disconnected number and bouncing email), contact us within 7 days at quotes@carpetcareminnesota.com and we will review it in good faith for a credit or refund.
• You agree to use purchased contact information only to respond to that requester's inquiry, in compliance with applicable law (including telemarketing and anti-spam laws), and not to resell it.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not submit false requests, scrape the site, probe or abuse the forms or APIs, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may refuse service, remove leads, or block users at our discretion.

5. Content

Site content is provided for general information and is not professional advice. Testimonials and examples are illustrative. We make reasonable efforts at accuracy but provide the site "as is," without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarpetCare Minnesota is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, from communications with professionals, or from services performed by professionals. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (for homeowners, $0).

7. General

These terms are governed by Minnesota law. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: quotes@carpetcareminnesota.com.
